Rates Prices for 2 guests Jan. - Feb. $200, March – August $225, Sept. – Dec. $250 $25.00 for each additional guest. Specials Get five days for $850.00 Sunday to Thursday (based on double occupancy) for January through March. Specials not valid the month of October and/or Holidays Policies Hills O' Brown Property Management Policies No smoking permitted in the cabin. Please do not throw butts in the yard or woods. No pets permitted. No fishing and no swimming in the small pond. If something is amiss in your cabin upon arrival, please notify management immediately. Complaints will not be addressed after the fact (upon your arrival home). Please remember to bring sunscreen, bug repellant, and antihistamine if you are allergic to insects or pollen. You will probably be greeted by Brown County Lady Bugs. They are harmless and quite beneficial to the environment. Always be aware there are some critters around that can be bothersome and even dangerous like wasps, ticks, spiders, skunks and snakes. Do carefully watch your small children near water and woods.
